How can I track my package?

After making a purchase you can track your orders in my account page. Your tracking information will appear once the order is fulfilled and shipped.  

Don’t worry, we will send you the latest updates by email about your package.

How long will my package take to arrive ?

We ship out from multiple international warehouses. Our delivery estimates can vary depending on your location, product demand on the current stock, season, etc.

  • Order processing time: 2-5 business days.
  • Delivery to the United States:
    • Standard Free Shipping: orders might take 7-20 Business Days to be received if you live in the US. In most cases, your order will arrive within 2 weeks.
    • Express Shipping - extra charge: 5-10 days in transit.
  • Delivery to other countries:
    • Standard Free Shipping: orders might take 10-25 Business Days to be received, some remote countries and regions might take up to 35 business days.
    • Express Shipping - extra charge: 5-10 days in transit. A slight delay might happen for some remote countries and regions.

Note: delivery times might be impacted during natural disasters or any other external forces.

What if I don't like the product I ordered ?

If you don’t like what you have ordered then please refer to our Return Policy and Contact Us. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience at BLOONDL.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we do offer refunds. To process your refund, please refer back to our Refund & Return Policy or Contact Us.

How do I return my items?

Please do not return your item unless it is approved for return, to do that please refer back to our Return Policy. For any questions you can always Contact Us.

Can I change or cancel my order within 24 hours?

If you have made an order by mistake or ordered the wrong variant/item, please Contact Us immediately and we will do our best to assist you based on your case. A cancelation fee of 3% might be applied for accidentally made orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot recall an order once it has been processed and/or dispatched to our couriers.
